Dustin Hoffman gets emotional discussing female beauty standards - Video

Though the video is over a year old, this 2012 AFI interview with 2-time Academy Award winner Dustin Hoffman has gone viral over the past several days.

In the interview, Hoffman reflects on his experiences working on the 1982 comedy classic Tootsie. In the film, Hoffman played an out-of-work actor who disguised himself as a female in order to find work. In recalling his time on the film, Hoffman breaks down discussing the standards of female beauty and the inherent unfairness of how men view women in society.
