'Dumb and Dumber To' Sets Release Date

Dumb and Dumber To is one of the most anticipated comedies in ages (right up there with the borderline-fanatical excitement for Anchorman 2), but fans looking forward to the sequel to the Farrelly Brothers' 1994 classic will have a bit of a wait ahead of them.

Universal Pictures has announced that Dumb and Dumber To will hit theaters on Nov. 14, 2014. The film will see Jim Carrey and recent Emmy winner Jeff Daniels reprise their roles as Lloyd and Harry, alongside franchise newcomers Laurie Holden, Rob Riggle, Kathleen Turner and Academy Award winner Jennifer Lawrence, who has a cameo as a young Turner.

Count me among the excited. Anything that reminds me of 1994 (the year that gave us Pulp Fiction, The Shawshank Redemption, and Four Weddings and a Funeral) can't possibly be a bad thing.
