Disney Buys Marvel for $4 Billion

In a deal that redraws Hollywood’s architecture, the Walt Disney Company said Monday that it would acquire Spider-Man and his Marvel Entertainment cohorts for $4 billion.

Spidey will now wear Mickey Mouse ears.
