Dierks Bentley Releases 'Drunk On A Plane', Films Video, Supports Boston

It's been a busy ol' time for Dierks Bentley. Apart from releasing his latest album Riser, playing multiple shows on both sides of the Atlantic, and celebrating a #1 in 'I Hold On', he also announced that 'Drunk On A Plane' will be his new single, and spent the weekend in Los Angeles filming the video, which judging by a website that allows fans to make silly, mocked-up, "drunk on a plane" photos of themselves, will be a fun one.

Not only that, but on Monday, April 21st, he also flew all the way back to Boston, Massachusetts, to support his wife Cassidy who was running the Boston Marathon. He tweeted various updates during the day with the hashtag #BostonStrong, including pictures and joking about both he and his wife looking forward to the post-race magarita (even though he wasn't running!). Their kids as ever were there to support their mom, and are also a huge part of Dierks' career, recently joining him on stage at The Station Inn in Nashville to sing with him. His oldest daughter Evie, who is 5 years old, even sang a full bluegrass song with the band.

Let's hope we get to see the video for 'Drunk On A Plane' soon, just in time for the Riser tour this summer!
