'The Devil Wears Prada' + 'Mrs. Doubtfire' May Become Broadway Musicals

The Devil Wears Prada and Mrs. Doubtfire may see a revival on the stage. The Broadway stage that is.

The news came from Broadway producer Kevin McCollum, who revealed in a recent interview that he wants to make both books turned films into musicals.

(Yes, Mrs. Doubtfire was originally a book.)

This could very well happen as McCollum has a deal with 20th Century Fox, but it doesn't necessarily mean his dreams will come to fruition.

However, considering McCollum produced ground-breaking hits like RENT, Avenue Q and [title of show], we wouldn't mind seeing his take on both adaptations. For better or worse.
