Demi Lovato Officially Signs On As 'The X-Factor' Judge - Report

It's official! Disney Star and pop singer Demi Lovato has signed on to join the judging panel of The X-Factor. Previously, Rickey.org reported that Britney Spears had sealed the deal. Her husband Jason Trawick will act as her co-conservator and producer on the show.

Both stars, reportedly, will be in New York City tomorrow for FOX Up Fronts to make the public announcement. Watch the blog for more developments.

Demi Lovato has officially signed her deal and will be a judge on the next season of "The X Factor" ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Demi will be in NYC tomorrow for the FOX Up Fronts to announce her joining the show.

Demi is scheduled to tour this summer, but our sources say her "X Factor" schedule shouldn't interfere with her touring.

Lovato should have company tomorrow ... as TMZ previously reported, our sources sayBritney Spearswill be in NYC to announce she's joining the show as well.
