Demi Lovato is probably happy she's leaving the X Factor now after the show made light of her alcoholism, photoshopping her drinking a mysterious substance as a gag.

The show aired a series of clips in which Demi is drinking a weird green beverage that they photoshopped into her hands.

An obviously upset Demi who was not amused by the joke (because, you know, she used to have a drinking problem which she has been very open and honest about) is even caught by cameras mouthing how distasteful she thought it was.

When the gag ends it reveals that the drink in question is nothing more than "Annoying Juice" which Demi imbibes to bother Simon Cowell with.

Unfortunately for them the joke fell very very flat.

Not cool X Factor.
