Dear David Cook: Rickey.org Loves You!

We are calling out to David Cook: we love you over here at Rickey.org! (Not as much as Lovesha, but we love you!)
Here's a letter from one of your Rickey.org die-hards:
Dear David~
As you are well aware, there is this guy, Rickey, who has a blog and posts lots and lots of things about American Idol and the reality tv genre in general. He also broadcasts the Idol concerts live every night, via the cell phones of people in the audience. A lot of us, like myself, may never get to see the show live, so we sit at our computers for hours on end, listening in breathless anticipation for a small glimpse of what others are experiencing in person. It's a shadow in comparison to the real thing, but it's all we've got right now.
You should know.... about 75% of the fans listening in on Rickey's cell casts (and that number can reach up into the 500's on any given night) are Word Nerds. There are a number of Arhie fans and Castro fans and one or two MJ fans (be sure to rub that in), but for the most part, we're there to hear YOU and to catch a glimpse of your genius. Rickey even plays some of your music during intermission to keep us all sated. Your Analog Heart songs are always a big hit. That album is brilliant.
We've gotten the feeling over the past few cell casts that you are under the impression that it's all about Archie. Rickey has a lot of people who send him Archie info to post on his blog, it's true, but the cell casts, baby, are all yours. The Word Nerds OWN those cell casts and we love every minute of them. If you don't believe me, ask Carly or Jason's Mom.... they know.
Everyone at Rickey.org LOVES you. Even Rickey loves you. Don't you, Rickey?
Much MUCH love to you,
Kristen
Here's ANOTHER letter to you David Cook:
Dear David:
We wanted to make sure you knew about a large number of your fans who are hanging out with the Arch Angels on Rickey.org. Rickey has these cell casters (who I have volunteered to be one for the KC Show) to cellcast the Idol concerts in every city.
This is awesome David because I live in Tulsa and don't get the concert till Sept 13!!! So this has been a great Idol fix to be able to listen to the concert (as bad as the connection is sometime) and get some sense of the show.
Now there is an added benefit David. There are all sorts of fans there. Now Jason's Mom Betsy somes in every night to hear you and David and some times Jason. She jumps between two online "tv" sites. It is a great opportunity for all the fans to be together. We have even been getting Syesha, Chikeze and Rami's sets.
So, show us the Love David next time someone asks you to shout out to Rickey.org. You don't even have to get on the phone.
One final thing. Because sometimes we don't get the whole show cellcasted, we have time to listen to music etc. And a few weeks ago, we were able to convince Rickey to put on Andy Skib's new To Have Heroes EP. In one day, Andy's EP became the most requested EP on CDBaby. And then last night we streamed Andy's show at Plan B on rickey's webpage as well as Andy calling in after the show.
So David--- show us some love and just say hi to rickey.org and the hundreds of people listening in.
Even if you don't give us a shout out--I'll still go to the Show in Tulsa---and just bought tickets for two more shows in KC and Washington, D.C. See ya there. I'll be the one wearing a Tulsa, Cains or someother Tulsa identifying Tshirt.
Love ya Dave,
Kim
