Dean Ray sings 'Bette Davis Eyes' on The X Factor Australia 2014 (VIDEO)

Dean Ray sang 'Bette Davis Eyes' (Audition Song) on The X Factor Australia 2014 Grand Final on Sunday, October 19, 2014.

If I'm honest, I liked his audition version better. Of course, I still enjoyed this, but I felt it was overproduced, in a lot of places, whereas the charm of the original was the zippy, toe-tapping, stripped-back arrangement. Either way, Dean's vocal was on-point, and I think he has the potential to seal his win with this. I really hope he does, since I think Dean would be a more than worthy winner. This was a well-deserved standing ovation. He's one of my favorite acts this competition has ever had, and even if he doesn't win, I'm hoping he'll still manage to land on his feet, at least more so than Altiyan Childs.

But what do you think of Dean Ray?
