'Deadliest Catch' Star Tony Lara Dead at 50

Deadliest Catch star Tony Lara has died. He was 50. A spokesperson from Discovery confirmed that he died in South Dakota on Saturday.

Via PEOPLE: "Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this sad time," said Discovery.

Lara was in Sturgis, South Dakota for its annual motorcycle rally when he died in a private home.

The county sheriff is awaiting an autopsy result to determine cause of death.
