Justin Bieber was on David Letterman last night. He talked to Dave about his new tattoo -- which Dave disapproves of.

When Dave said Biebs arm was looking more like the "Sistine Chapel," Biebs replied, "I'm not going for the Sixteenth Chapel."

LOL! "Canadian High School," Dave replied.

So was Biebs trying to crack a joke or is he hard of hearing or ignorant?
