David Cassidy Sent to Court-Ordered Rehab

David Cassidy has already been in rehab for a month following his most recent DUI arrest, but now a judge has sentenced him to even more rehab.

Cassidy plead guilty to driving under the influence yesterday (March 24) via a lawyer and the 63-year-old was slapped with three months of alcohol rehab, five years probation, fines and nine months in an alcohol rehabilitation program.

According to his lawyer, Cassidy plans to remain in rehab longer than mandated by the courts.

Most likely because he is on his third DUI arrest and his wife of 23 years has filed for divorce.

Good luck Keith Partridge!!!
