David Cassidy Arrested for Another DUI

Former teen heartthrob David Cassidy has yet another DUI under his belt and the third time may actually equal jail time.

Except probably not because how often do we really punish celebrities for their crimes?

The former Partridge Family member was pulled over by police in Los Angeles on Friday (Jan. 10) for making an illegal right hand turn according to law enforcement, but was ultimately detained for driving under the influence.

Specifically because when cops approached the vehicle Cassidy reeked of alcohol, failed a sobriety test and blew a .19 on a breathalyzer -- which for those of you who don't know is twice the legal limit.

In addition to this DUI, Cassidy was arrested for a DUI in New York last year and once more in Florida in 2010.

Which means that he has yet to learn a valuable lesson from all this.
