David Archuleta - GOSH

This is the David Archuleta love thread.

Unfortunately, after reading the predictable attacks on me by the usual suspects in the other post, I have to say it again: I see sour grapes when I see it.

I'm sorry if I offended anybody for suggesting that because Richard is from Utah that he is not qualified to be a Hip Hop hit machine and lacks street cred. :) But really, a Hip-Hop-ified "Longer"? Is this Team Archuleta's idea of a winning formula for David Archuleta? Let's just end it with that (although the spirited defense of Richard's Hip Hop version of "Longer" is LOL).

Team Archuleta is poisoning the well by suggesting that David Archuleta has been treated unfairly by the show. The fans have obviously taken the bait. Well, I'm just calling them out on what they are doing. If they want to go negative in the media, fine -- but that's not how you are going to inspire David's fans to vote. How inspiring is it when David Archuleta's voice coach is suggesting on local TV that David Archuleta may not win because the show is screwing him over on purpose behind the scenes? You are voting out of defiance in a system you think is broken. That's almost the same reason why Vote for the Worst is voting for David Archuleta. Some so-called fans are even saying that he should not win because Fox will just screw him over even more if he does.

Well, I've taken a stand. I refuse to accept the recent negativity coming from Archuleta Camp, and if some of you guys can't accept that, so be it. But I'm not giving up.

Some of you are just so mean to me -- but what else is new.

I believe David Archuleta will win American Idol.
