David Archuleta - Newark Private Concert - Video

David Archuleta sang Heaven and Crazy by Gnarls Barkley during the private acoustic concert in Newark for VIP ticket holders. He requested that we don't post those videos on YouTube, so I hope that the fans will keep their videos for private use. We were actually lucky because unlike the previous concerts, we were allowed to take pictures/video during the private show. Unfortunately, no cameras during the individual/group pictures with David. (I will have to get my pic with David from the Web in a few days).

During the meet and greet, Xtina won a raffle to ask David a question, and she asked me for help. With the aid of Twitter, we used @ElizabethThe's question:

"if he could be in any animated film, what movie would it be and what character would he play and why?"

David didn't have anything in mind. Everyone wanted him to be Nemo, but he settled on a "singing bird" and then changed it to a "chicken". So David Archuleta would like to be represented by a chicken in the next animated movie by Pixar. LOL

When I took my picture with him, I asked if he liked the shirt made by Andrew, and he asked why one of the cartoons was upside down. He then remembered the time he did handstands with David Cook on tour. Yay!

Buy awesome t-shirts by Cartoonist Andrew!

I was a little spaced out because of all the MJ news coming in from my cellphone, but I did enjoy myself. I met some of David's most loyal fans, and also Dawn from The David Chronicles. I left in the middle of David's set as I rushed home for So You Think You Can Dance.

Jeff Archuleta was not around.
