David Archuleta "Called To Serve" Promo Video

The special "David Archuleta Called To Serve" will air on KSL this Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 1:30.

Watching this promo will move you to tears.

Elder David Archuleta said he always wanted to join the mission.

"I guess god wanted me to do something else. He knew I couldn't talk very well so he gave me music. I need to do something that has nothing to do with me," David said.

Bless his heart.

Well I'm an atheist so this does nothing for me, but if you are religious, this might convert you to the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Just remember that the LDS and David Archuleta believe that god lives on a planet or star called Kolob and that the Garden of Eden is located in Jackson County, Missouri. The founder of this church taught and practiced polygamy. The church also believes that "dark skin" is a curse and mark from god -- and it was only as recent as 1978 (!) that god decided that it was OK for black people to be equal to white people in the church. Church members also wear temple garments which are like chastity belts.

LDS also forbids homosexuality which is a big issue since there are a lot of gay Mormons.
