Daryl Is In Danger in 'The Walking Dead' Season 5 First Look (PHOTO)

One of the biggest memes on the internet among The Walking Dead fans is "If Daryl dies, we riot." Basically, fans love them some Daryl Dixon (and Norman Reedus, naturally). And since Daryl is one of the few characters on the show not to originate from creator Robert Kirkman's series of graphic novels, there's no way of knowing what will happen to everyone's favorite crossbow-wielding redneck. But it's not looking good for him.

In this first look photo from The Walking Dead Season 5, we see Daryl Dixon in what is presumably the aftermath of the Season 4 finale. He's beaten, bruised, bound and gagged in what looks to be the Terminus compound, where our heroes were last left fearing for their lives (although, hey, at least they're all together again). Could this be it for Daryl? I'd doubt it, but who knows where this show is going from one week to the next? Check out the photo below via Entertainment Weekly:
