Daniel Radcliffe Talks Kissing Dane DeHaan - Video

Daniel Radcliffe is trying to craft a new, non-Harry Potter public identity, and in the process has landed a role as legendary Beat poet Allen Ginsberg in the biopic Kill Your Darlings, which finally had its official UK release this week. The film starts with a 17-year-old Ginsberg in the midst of his first year at Columbia University, where he meets the rebellious Lucien Carr (Dane DeHaan), who introduces him to fellow Beat poets William Burroughs and Jack Kerouac. However, Carr also becomes Ginsberg's great, unrequited love.
In this interview with Digital Spy, Radcliffe and DeHaan to discuss their buzzed, "hot" kissing scene, which is among the few reasons general audiences know about this movie at all (which is kind of a shame, since it looks like a pretty good movie on its merits. It even has Richard Harrow himself: Jack Huston from Boardwalk Empire!). The guys also speculate on their shot at an MTV Movie Award for Best Kiss (fingers crossed).
