'Dancing With the Stars' Contestant Jodie Sweetin Taken to Hospital

Dancing with the Stars contestant and Fuller House actress Jodie Sweetin was hospitalized today (April 21) following an injury to her left foot which occurred during rehearsals.

Revealed Sweetin's rep, "She is awaiting her official diagnosis" but is "in good spirits" regardless.

Sweetin was taken to the hospital via ambulance and is being kept company by both her fiance Justin Hodak and her DWTS partner Keo Motsepe.

No word yet on whether or not this takes Sweetin out of the competition, but we're sure she'll write all this up on her blog for People, which is all about her reality dancing competition experience.
