Had enough of reboots yet? No? Well then, you're in luck.

The CW is looking to reboot the classic horror anthology series Tales From the Darkside.

The project has a script deal in place. The script will be written by Joe Hill, the son of horror icon Stephen King, who had several of his short stories adapted for the original show, which was loosely-based on another King adaptation, the film Creepshow. The series is described as "a 30-minute reinvention of creator George A. Romero’s 1980s scarefest."

Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, the team behind Sleepy Hollow, will executive-produce alongside Tales From the Darkside executive producers Mitch Galin, Heather Kadin and Jerry Golod.
