CW Cancels 'Tomorrow People', 'Carrie Diaries', 'Star-Crossed', Renews 'Hart of Dixie', 'The 100'

It's certainly been a busy day for The CW. Not only has the network delivered a stunning surprise renewal to Beauty and the Beast, it has now canceled three other series to make room for that third season of the show, in addition to the litany of other series the network has ordered. And renewed.

The Tomorrow People, The Carrie Diaries, and Star-Crossed have all been canceled by the network. The Tomorrow People is a bit of a surprise, given its promising start and its reliable (well, by CW standards) ratings. But it wasn't bad news for every show. In addition to the renewal for Beauty and the Beast, The CW has also granted renewals to Hart of Dixie and freshman drama The 100. This is in addition to the early renewal announcement back in February for The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, Reign, Supernatural and Arrow.

So what do you think of The CW's decisions? Did your favorites make the cut? Sound off in the comments!
