Crystal Bowersox Cuts Off Dreads - Picture

Crystal Bowersox has revealed she has gotten rid of some dead-weight: her dreads! The American Idol singer was famous for her long signature dreadlocks but revealed the new change was necessary.

Crystal recently revealed that the dreads were very heavy and had been disintegrating and had been weighing her down.

In case she misses them, Crystal also says she kept them! They may smell but the singer has decided to keep them in a plastic bag for now. Who knows what she'll do with them but says an art piece isn't out of the question. She may also bury them at the root of a tree.

Crystal recently revealed to her fans that she is bi-sexual.
