The 18th Annual Critics Choice Movie Awards were held earlier tonight, and the Broadcast Film Critics Association distributed the wealth pretty evenly among a wide array of films and actors, many of whom were nominated for Oscars earlier today. In particular, it was a pretty big night for Jennifer Lawrence, who took home awards for Best Actress in an Action Movie and Best Actress in a Comedy Movie for Silver Linings Playbook. The David O. Russell-helmed film had a great night overall, also earning statues for Best Ensemble, Best Actor in a Comedy, and Best Comedy Movie.
