Confessions of a 'Cured' Gay

I have not be able to find the original video that this came from, and this version is edited by Little Kiwi. This is a video of the testimony of a self-proclaimed cured gay who talks about his venture into homosexuality and how "coming out" was virtually one of the worse things that he's done in his life. As soon as this video began to make it's way to the viral world, the church it originated from was aggressive in keeping it concealed, and in a way, they were successful. I am glad I saw it before it was yanked from everywhere.

I think this video is just plain sad all around. You can tell the poor kid is just completely lost. I hate to imagine how others going through similar struggles as his react to this video and the potential amount of false hope they take from it in pure desperation. I hate the feeling of helplessness you get for him, and others like him. I hate the fact that it dignifies and solidifies the mind-track of those with bigoted thoughts. It's just an utterly awful things.

One thing is for sure though, it made it clear to me how and why there are so many gay people that create relationships with the opposite sex, get married, start families, and then suddenly in their 40s decide they want to enjoy the gay lifestyle and leave everything behind. It's just wrong.
