Like any company that likes to hire college students for free labor, Conan O'Brien has interns, and he took some time out of his busy schedule to make them super uncomfortable.

Especially Pencil Guy, who doesn't understand why Conan still thinks vests are cool.

So what's it like to intern for CONAN?

Apparently it involves a lot of busy work like organizing sugar packets and picking up Conan's lunch, even when he didn't ask for lunch. Also, running your hands through his hair.

As if this wasn't awkward enough, Conan also takes the kids through a role-playing exercise in which a party go-er asks them what it's like to work for Team Coco.
