Conan O'Brien is at is again, this time torturing workers and customers of the makeup company Mary Kay, whose head offices he visited to learn how to become a beauty consultant.

Spoilers: he's pretty damn terrible at it.

Unless Mary Kay consultants are supposed to put on makeup like Mommie Dearest, then he's great.

We don't know why, but Conan is really in his element harassing civilians (and in turn his interns). What we're saying is, if CONAN could just do sketches like this all the time we'd be so happy.
