'Community' Will Return With a Sixth Season Thanks to Yahoo!
Six seasons and a movie may be closer than we think!
A little over one month after NBC announced they would not be picking up Community after its fifth season on the network, Yahoo has jumped in to give the show a Season 6.
Sounds like we have officially escaped the darkest timeline.

According to Yahoo (our new lord and savior), the show's creator Dan Harmon along with cast members Joel McHale, Gillian Jacobs, Danny Pudi, Alison Brie, Yvette Nicole Brown, Jim Rash, and Ken Jeong have all signed on for the newest season set to premiere in the Fall.
"I am very pleased that Community will be returning for its predestined sixth season on Yahoo," Harmon revealed in a statement. "I look forward to bringing our beloved NBC sitcom to a larger audience by moving it online. I vow to dominate our new competition. Rest easy, Big Bang Theory. Look out, BangBus!"
Added McHale, "The reports of our cancellation have been greatly exaggerated. #SixSeasonsAndaMovie is real. Thank you Sony. Thank you Yahoo. Thank you Dan Harmon. And thank you to the greatest f%$#ing fans in the history of the human race. It’s the internet. We can swear now."
Phew, good thing it's not canon that an asteroid destroyed all of civilization.
