Claire Holt to exit 'The Originals' - Report

Claire Holt is leaving The Originals on The CW.

According to The Wrap, tonight's episode was Claire's last as a series regular playing Rebekah. She may come back later in the season as a guest.

But wait, Rebekah is one of the originals, she can't be written off! Nooooo.

The Wrap adds that Rebekah's storyline "advanced in such a way that she's no longer needed." No word yet if she will return in Season 2.

I'm a bit bummed. I love The Originals. This is going to take some getting used to. Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) is going to go emo now.
