Ciara Calls Off Engagement to Future, Who Apparently Cheated

Is it already over for Ciara and Future?

The singer has reportedly called off her engagement to rapper Future after he apparently cheated on her with an unnamed party. The engagement has ended just three months after Ciara and Future welcomed their son, Future Zahir Wilburn.

"He cheated on her. Game over," an insider told the publication. Another source adds: "She's devastated. Ciara's focus now is the baby."

The couple has been together for over a year, first meeting in the studio in a collaboration arranged by Ciara's label, Epic Records. The couple became engaged on October 25, 2013, Ciara's 28th birthday.

Neither Ciara nor Future has released a statement on the matter, but if this is true, Future is insane to cheat like that. Ciara is gorgeous and, from all appearances, a genuinely sweet individual. Why any man would mess that up is beyond me. But some impulses don't involve thinking at all, I guess.
