Chris Daughtry performs 'Waiting For Superman' on American Idol 2014 Top 8 Results - Video

Chris Daughtry performed his single "Waiting for Superman" on the American Idol XIII 2014 Top 8 Results Show.

Another great homecoming for Chris on Idol.

He truly was the winner of American Idol Season 5. Many years later, he is still making music.

More interesting is that he's still asked to perform. Some past winners of the show are no longer making original music and have not been invited to perform at all. They just get random pans from the camera when they watch the show from the audience. Sad right?

I'm glad we supported Chris Daughtry from the very beginning.

Daughtry's new album Baptized is available now. Daughtry is going on tour with Goo Goo Dolls this summer.
