Chris Brown - Don't Wake Me Up - VIDEO

Chris Brown's team continues their messy streak with the Fortune era by releasing the video for his new single, "Don't Wake Me Up."

Ok, these singles are all over the place. After "Turn Up the Music", I don't think the music buying public wanted this song. I mean, don't get me wrong, it is a great electro tune, but some are beginning to lose faith in Brown as a viable artist, consistently putting out auto-tuned generic singles that could have been recorded by anyone. For Heaven's sake, Madonna passed up this track for her catastrophe, M.D.N.A. Then when he decides to appeal to the urban market, he other retreads territory or raps. Not working.

But about the video, it is really a nice video, Colin Tilley has made his name for directing Brown's clips and rightfully so. They made great use of visuals that fit the aura of the song. Hopefully it pushes "Don't Wake Me Up" 'up' on the charts. Just note Fortune drops July 3rd. Hopefully before then Brown can give us something to talk about.
