Cheryl Cole might defect to The Voice

Cheryl Cole is being courted by BBC to join The Voice in the UK! Omigosh! The drama!

It now looks like Cheryl is definitely out of the U.S. X Factor and she is now weighing her options: Go back to judge X Factor UK (which is in turmoil like the U.S. version because all four judging spots have already been filled in minus Cheryl and Simon), do nothing or join The Voice which is launching in the UK.

Universal where Cheryl is signed, is heavily recruiting coaches for The Voice, so it seems like a perfect fit.

What a mess. Poor Cheryl. I don't understand why the FOX execs don't like her. Her chemistry with Simon is amazing -- even better than his chemistry with Paula Abdul.

Welcome to the new world order. X Factor tabloid drama. I love it!
