Cheesa - All By Myself - The Voice Last Chance - Video

Just in case you missed it, here is Cheesa Laureta's last chance song on The Voice this week: 'All By Myself'. It's really very good. She was all heart and her coach Cee Lo Green saved her this week from elimination.

It has come to my attention that a staggering 50% of all traffic on the blog for American Idol related posts (results, spoilers, performances, Jessica Sanchez, etc.) are now coming directly from the Philippines!

This is a good and bad news unfortunately. On one hand, it's very nice that we are getting the undivided attention of Pinoys and keeping the interest in American Idol alive, but on the other, it's not that good for advertising. However, I'm not going to let that bother me now and just take advantage of this new opportunity and redirect Pinoy interest to one of my favorite shows: The Voice!

Unlike Jessica Sanchez who is 1/2 Pinoy, Cheesa Laureta from The Voice is 100% Pinoy from Hawaii. Both her parents immigrated from the Philippines. It is my hope that Pinoy patriotism in foreign talent shows comes alive again (oh the irony in that) and they show their support for Cheesa as much as they've supported Jessica.
