Brooke Mueller's Brother Given Custody of Charlie Sheen's Kids

Things seem to be finally reaching a solution in the custody case for Charlie Sheen's two boys, twins Bob and Max. To sum things up: it's been a mess.

Sheen's sons with ex Brooke Mueller were placed under the temporary custody of Sheen's other ex Denise Richards while the boys biological mother was in rehab for the 20th time. Yes, 20th.

Unfortunately, Denise recently told child services that she was no longer able to take care of Sheen's sons. As she explained to the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services, the boys were violent toward her own daughters and she had to end her guardianship.

Since Brooke was out for custody (Richards and Sheen have photo evidence that the boys were mistreated under her care, not to mention her rehab punch card), Sam and Max have been placed with Mueller's brother Scott.

Custody will begin tonight. And hopefully that's the end of that.
