Charlie Sheen's Fiancee is Legally Married to Someone Else

Charlie Sheen recently got engaged to his porn star girlfriend Brett Rossi, and there's one small problem (besides someone marrying Charlie Sheen), Rossi is still married. To someone else.

As Sheen's rep explained to People, "She's been separated from this guy for two years. It's just a matter of the paperwork winding its way through the court system."

"Charlie and Scottie have no secrets," he continued. "Charlie is well aware of Scottie's situation."

Sheen proposed to Rossi on Saturday (Feb. 15) and if the couple make it down the aisle it will be Sheen's fourth marriage.

Although as he explained to People in a statement:

that maiden Klay-Vinn was annulled.
