Charice vs. Alexandra Burke and Bruno Mars - Before It Explodes

Charice has covered Alexandra Burke's "Before It Explodes" as her next single, just in time for her return to Glee tonight.

Alexandra Burke won the fifth season of The X Factor in 2008. Alexandra recorded "Before It Explodes" with Bruno Mars for her debut album "Overcome", but it wasn't included in the final cut in 2009. Copies of the song have leaked on the Internet though.

I'm a bit bummed that Charice is covering a rejected song -- very Adam Lambert. But who knows, this may be Charice's "What Do You Want From Me."

Personally, Alexandra's version beats Charice hands down. Sorry Chasters! Bruno Mars didn't even lend his vocals to the single like he did with Alexandra. Imagine if he did -- this would be an instant iTunes Top 10 for Charice. Sigh.
