Cee Lo Green & Purrfect the Cat - Meow Mix Remix - Purina

The Voice mentor Cee Lo Green isn't the only one doing well. His feline friend Purrfect has landed an endorsement deal with Purina. Green and Purrfect headed into the studio to do a little remix of the famous Meow Mix jingle. It gets a little R&B upgrade and gives Purrfect a chance to snatch the spotlight.

After a 16-year hiatus, it seems the famous little meowing tune will hit the airwaves once again. And for each download purchased, one pound of cat food will be donated to Pets are Wonderful Support, Los Angeles. Green released a statement, saying:

"Purrfect was thrilled to hear about this new deal with Meow Mix cat food. That sultry purr of hers is perfect for a modernized remix of the iconic Meow Mix jingle. Watch out cats!"
