Cee-Lo Green to Be Cleared of Sexual Assault Charges

Spinning chair show mentor Cee-Lo Green was facing charges that he sexually assaulted a woman after slipping drugs into her drink and taking advantage of her in her altered state, and reports are coming in that today (Oct. 21) he will be cleared of all charges.

However, law enforcement sources are telling TMZ that while Green will no longer face sexual assault charges he will be charged with a felony, specifically 1 count for "furnishing ecstasy" and most people suffering the same charges face probation.

The original case will be rejected due to insufficient evidence and because police find fault with the woman's story seeing as she had been dating Cee-Lo during the alleged assault and the duo had already been intimate.

So apparently it's totally cool to drug and then assault someone if you've already dated and been intimate before.

Wow. Just wow. There are no words to express our anger at this information.

Green is expected to be arraigned as early as this afternoon.
