CBS Orders Wall Street Pilot and New Medical Drama

CBS is lining up pilot season with dramas centered on very specific occupations. The network has ordered pilots for dramas set in the world of Wall Street and medicine, respectively.
The untitled Wall Street pilot tells the tale of how power and money can corrupt in the world of finance, which isn't exactly new, but since it's going to be written by Justified scribes Taylor Elmore and Ben Cavell. The duo will also serve as executive producers alongside John Cusack, Kevin McCabe, and fellow Justified vets Sarah Timberman and Carl Beverly.
The second new pilot order also comes from Beverly and Timberman, who will executive produce the project, a primetime medical soap, from creator David Marshall Grant (Brothers & Sisters). The untitled medical drama follows quadruplets — three brothers and a sister — who grew up on a reality show.
This is reminiscent of The Quinn-tuplets, a failed 2010 pilot about a group of adult quintuplets who were raised on a reality show. That series came from the same executive producers who are working on this show: Arik Kneller, Yona Wiesenthal, Eilon Ratzkovsky and Oren Jakobi. But hopefully this project will have better luck, as three more executive producers are on-board to ensure the fate of the untitled medical drama isn't the same as The Quinn-tuplets: Avi Armoza (Operation Repo), David Garrett and Givora Yaholom.
Of the two pilots, the latter is what has me most intrigued. Here's hoping they're able to get the project off the ground this time.
