Judge Says Casey Kasem's Daughter Can Withhold Food + Medicine

A judge has ordered that ailing radio personality Casey Kasem's daughter is allowed to withhold food, water and medicine from her father.

Superior Court Judge Daniel Murphy ruled today (June 11) that giving Kasem food and water would be both painful and harmful to the 82-year-old. This is just another legal action in the ongoing saga of Kasem.

Daughter Kerri began "end-of life measures" last Friday on June 6 following a fight with her stepmother Jean and the disappearance of her father. Casey Kasem was later found in Washington State.

According to witnesses, after Judge Murphy's ruling, Casey's wife of 34-years stormed out of the courtroom.
