Casey Kasem to be buried in Oslo, Norway

Casey Kasem will be buried in Oslo, Norway, the Norwegian paper VG reported. The news is the latest twist in the custody war between Kasem's wife of 34 years, Jean, and his children. The radio icon is dead already and his family is still fighting over his body.

VG reports that Jean Kasem has applied for a burial permit.

She claimed that she has ancestral ties to Norway, though her own nephew disputes this.

Kerri Kasem, Casey’s daughter, said she will write a letter to the Norwegian government to block the burial.

There is really something wrong with the Jean woman! It is disrespectful to Casey Kasem's body that she is using it as a tool to spite his own children. Can anything be done about this? They shouldn't have given her custody of the body when he died two months ago on June 15, 2014. She's been lugging around his body for two months! So creepy.
