Carly Smithson - LA Times Interview

Carly Smithson sat down with the LA Times for an interview. In the video you can listen to a couple songs that Carly has recorded for her album. It sounds great. I can't wait. However, she needs to RUSH. The latest that anyone has come out with an album that became a sales success is March one year after the start of their season and that would be Elliott Yamin. Because everybody knows that by March 2009 (and I've already posted the schedule), we will all be talking about the new batch of American Idol 8 hopefuls, and not season 7. Make or break time. Make a play for the mainstream now, or be content being an indie artist for the rest of your career.
