Carlito Olivero and Alex and Sierra - The X Factor USA 2013 – Falling Slowly – Video MP3

Carlito Olivero and Alex and Sierra sang “Falling Slowly” by Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova for the "Dueling Duets" round on The X Factor USA 2013 Top 4 Live Show 7.

This was surprisingly great. By which I mean that while I expected Alex and Sierra to nail this (and the song choice seemed designed to make certain they did), Carlito more than held his own. In fact, I'd argue this was his best vocal. I'd actually like to hear him solo on this sometime, as I think there's still a bit of untapped potential there in his voice. But all things considered, I'd still have to give it to Alex and Sierra. She really did nail the hell out of that song.
