The Captain & Tennille Are Divorcing Because Love Isn't Real

The '70s musical duo of the Captain and Tennille are getting a divorce, because it seems that love couldn't keep them together. They also didn't want to do that to each other one more time.

Toni Tennille (real name Cathryn Antoinette Tennille) filed the divorce papers against the Captain (Daryl Dragon) on Jan. 16 according to confirmation from the courthouse in Arizona City.

Oh man, we hope this didn't wake the Dragon.

Thankfully this should be an easier split than most as the long-standing couple have no children.

Can we get the Captain his own show a la Jon Minus Nine called The Captain & Not Tennille? Someone, somewhere make that happen please.
