Cameron Diaz to Host 'Saturday Night Live' on November 22

Cameron Diaz is returning to Saturday Night Live to host for the first time since 2005.

NBC has confirmed that Diaz will host the November 22 episode of the show alongside musical guests Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson.

The gig is to promote her role as Miss Hannigan in the upcoming film remake of Annie, due this holiday season. This will be Diaz's fourth time as host, while it's the second time for Bruno Mars, who appeared as the musical guest for the Jane Lynch-hosted episode in 2010, and once as both host AND musical guest in 2012. Could this mean Mars will get to appear in a sketch or two? Well, considering how surprisingly awesome his initial hosting gig was back in Season 38, I'm kind of hoping he will.
