Caitlyn Shadbolt sang 'Shake It Off' on The X Factor Australia 2014 Live Show 4.

Yeah, these judges will basically stand for anything. I have no idea what this was supposed to be, or how Ronan could think it was passable. She was hardly audible for the first half of the performance due to the song being in an abysmal key for her. And while she had one solid note towards the end, it wasn't really enough to save this. That said, at least the choreography was cute -- and hey, she did it well. Again, I'm not really blaming the contestant here. Hell, I like Caitlyn quite a bit, actually. But I'm genuinely puzzled by the song choices Ronan keeps saddling his poor girls with, as it seems he's on a desperate mission to be the first judge eliminated from the competition. Many more song choices like this, and he will be.
