CafePress Sucks

A few months ago, Bo Bice's lawyers wrote CafePress that t-shirts being sold with "Bo", "Bice" or "Bo Bice" infringe upon his copyright. I can understand "Bo Bice", but any sane person will agree that Bo Bice does not have exclusive rights to the words "Bo" or "Bice". CafePress of course runs away at ANY letter being sent to them by a lawyer, even banning t-shirts being sold for a non-existent drug. How stupid is that?

Anyway, so here comes Farm Boy Coop & Feed Co. who claims to have rights to the term "Farm Girl". Just because they named their company Farm Boy and they make "Farm Girl" t-shirts do not give them exclusive rights to the term "Farm Girl". So as expected the cowards at Cafepress have yanked my Carrie-inspired "Farm Girl" t-shirts from their site. It's so stupid I want to tear my hair out.

This is the reason why I have not made any new merchandize under CafePress. They made thousands of dollars off me during the American Idol season, but their policies have been idiotic for the most part and I just don't want to work with them anymore.
