Brothers 3 sings 'Safe and Sound' on The X Factor Australia 2014 (VIDEO)

Brothers 3 sang 'Safe and Sound' on The X Factor Australia 2014 auditions.

Full disclosure, "Safe and Sound" is one of my favorite songs of the past few years. Maybe that's why I held this to a higher standard, which isn't entirely fair. That said, it's not like this was bad or anything, but I will say this was the most confusing standing ovation so far. Seriously, I have no idea why the judges got to their feet for this. The harmonies were good, and the guitar playing was great, but the individual vocals just weren't there, for me. What do you think? Am I crazy? Are these three the second coming of JTR? Or do they have potential to go far?
