Brothers 3 sing 'Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall' on The X Factor Australia 2014 (VIDEO)

Brothers 3 sang 'Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall' on The X Factor Australia 2014 Live Show 6.

I enjoyed this for what it was, even if it didn't really fit the "Rock Week" theme. I'm never really going to get Brothers 3, but I have no problem admitting that they're a talented trio. And I can understand, at least, why they're ranked No. 1. They have this peculiar, awkward, cornfed charm about them that makes them endearing even though there are better acts in the competition. It also helps that, prior to the reveal of their #1 ranking, they had a great underdog narrative carrying them through, between being eliminated at Judges' Homes and being brought back through the wildcard vote. Of course, the whole underdog story is mostly out the window now, as they're basically the frontrunners to win this whole thing. But they haven't allowed their ranking to make them complacent. This was a good performance with solid harmonies and lively stage presence. This was among the best performances this group has done, in my opinion.

But what did you think of Brothers 3?
