Brothers 3 sang 'Always On My Mind' on The X Factor Australia 2014 Live Show 2.

I wish I could get Brothers 3, but I just don't. And so it's going to be a rough couple of weeks for me until the finale (I just have this inkling these guys are lasting all the way to the end). The vocals were pretty, sure, but this was just such a boring performance. I have no idea what the judges were talking about when they insist these boys bring "fun" and energy to the competition, because they haven't shown any of it in their actual performances. I'm also not entirely sure why Dannii felt the need to shriek like she was being murdered once the performance ended. You'd think the random standing ovation would have been enough. (I REALLY think the judges are killing whatever credibility they have this season with all these standing ovations, many of which are completely unwarranted)

Anyway, I acknowledge I'm probably being way too hard on this performance. Again, it's not like it was bad, per se. And the boys themselves are actually very likable, so I can see why they're popular. But this just wasn't for me. Like, at all.
